Lean Game - customized for an office environment (Multiservice Kaizen Game©)

 

The game itself Is based on complaints management.
Participants get a process, are assigned a role in the process and experience what should be improved. Participants tend to play in teams and/or several rounds. So, the point is to get better results at every round so that everybody can  see the impact of the changes made during the (process) game and at the same time get insight in topics like VOC, KPI, Process, complaint etc.
