Juan is a photographer/videographer based in Adelaide Australia. It was in 2014 when he first went to Japan on The Lean Japan tour run by Shinka Management as the photographer for the tour. This is where he first learned about Lean Management and how small improvements every day can accumulate to truly build a strong business! Since then Juan has been on 19 Lean Japan tours, visited businesses in Japan, New Zealand and all over Australia and has seen how Lean can transform not just the company but the people. Juan has taken all of these ideas such as 5S, Kanban plus other Lean tools and has adapted them to fit within a creative workflow.
