Specialising in business improvement for micro and small enterprises. Collaborating with university partners, conducting research on digitalisation in micro enterprises, exploring innovative strategies and technologies to enhance small business efficiency. Currently pursuing a PDEng at the University of Limerick, John combines his practical experience with academic pursuits. As a keynote speaker, John frequently shares his insights on digitalisation for micro enterprises. His contributions to Lean management and digitalisation, fueled by his dedication to empowering small businesses, establish him as a respected figure in the industry.
