   International Supply Chain Conference 2013 on April 30, Vilnius
It is a great pleasure to share information about the 2nd International Supply Chain Conference 2013. The conference will be held on the 30th of April, 2013, in Vilnius, Lithuania. All BEA members have a special 160 EUR price to attend this inspiring event.

The conference is focused on the key issues faced by retail & distribution & production companies:
  • low inventory turns,
  • high inventory investment,
  • stockouts causing lost sales at some locations,

The goal of the conference is to increase throughput of the supply chain and every part of it due to implementing TOC and LEAN solutions in the companies.

Today’s distribution operations are far more susceptible to disruptions throughout their internal operations and external supply chain. If a company could manage the supply chain effectively to react to changes in demand, it could reduce both shortages and surpluses and significantly improve the inventory turns. This key issues and solutions will be covered in the presentations by leading TOC practitioners – Eli Schragenheim (Israel), Christoph Lenhartz (Germany), Philip Marris (France) - as well as by CEO’s of exceptionally efficient companies working in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Ukraine.
